The Diary is Shelting's digital Workspace. It adopts the idea of a traditional diary used to maintain business information, property details, listings, leads, and other information needed to carry out real-estate work. The Diary adds a digital workspace and collaboration tools so you can manage properties and listings more efficiently as your work grows.
Diary Ownership and Participants
The Diary list contains the listings you have created. Each listing can be opened as a workspace where you can work with collaborators and maintain information related to that listing.
Access Requests
When you open a listing from the Diary list, you can use its chat area to communicate with collaborators and work toward a particular outcome.
Diary Visibility
The Diary brings listing information and collaboration activity together in a dedicated workspace. It supports the digital management of property information, listings, leads, and related business activity in one place.
