Listing Quality Guidelines

Overview​

Every listing is created by a user and must contain authentic, accurate, and high-quality information. Clear and trustworthy listing information helps visitors understand the property and supports successful communication and deal completion.

Content Expectations​

  • Provide authentic information about the property.
  • Make sure the information is accurate and useful to visitors.
  • Do not use false or misleading information.
  • Do not use a listing to scam, deceive, or mislead other people.
  • Keep the listing information clear enough for visitors and potential collaborators to understand.

Important Notes​

Listings may be reviewed when a discrepancy, report, or other feedback is received. After review and verification, a listing that contains false information or violates these guidelines may qualify for automatic deletion.

Users are expected to follow these guidelines when creating listings. Accounts may also be subject to removal in the future when a user or their listings receive a significant number of reports.
