How to Delete a Listing

Overview​

Deleting a listing should be done carefully. You can delete a listing from the Post Listing page or through the My Profile section.

Before You Begin​

Review the listing and its related information before deleting it. After deletion, the listing is removed from the Diary immediately and its collaboration information is no longer accessible to the owner or collaborators.

Steps​

From the Post Listing Page​

  1. Open the Post Listing page.
  2. Find the listing you want to remove from the available listings.
  3. Select the Delete icon.

From My Profile​

  1. Open My Profile.
  2. Find the listing you want to remove.
  3. Select the Delete button.

What Happens Next​

After the listing is deleted:

  • It is removed from the Diary list immediately.
  • The owner and collaborators can no longer access the collaboration or information related to that listing.
  • Visitors may still be able to see the listing on the site for up to seven days.
  • After seven days, the listing is permanently deleted from the system.
