Shelting includes a Diary workspace management portal for real-estate professionals and property owners. The Diary brings together the listings you manage, collaboration with people who have access to those listings, listing-related tasks and private notes, and lead management in one workspace.
Main Areas
Diary Workspace
The Diary is the workspace management area where you can see and manage your listings.
Collaboration Chat
The collaboration chat area allows you to communicate with collaborators connected to a listing.
Access Controls
Access controls determine who can access listing information and private chat information. A listing owner can provide access to collaborators associated with the listing.
Listing Tasks and Private Notes
The workspace includes a logging facility for creating tasks for a particular listing and storing private notes related to that listing. Tasks and private notes remain connected to the listing they concern, with visibility based on the access and posting rules for that workspace area.
Leads
Listing owners and collaborators can view or create leads in the same workspace panel, helping them maintain listing-related lead information together.
